Schiermacher Outfitters started as a small distributor of men's fashion clothing in 1999 and has since 2002 also included sports fashion and teamwear for sports, which to this date remains the main focus of our company. As the business evolved, in 2022 SCHOUT was created with the intention to gather all our operations under one name and strengthen our brand awareness.


SCHOUT offers clients and customers access to a complete product range of every sports product imaginable. We are proud to be total supplier of team wear and sports goods for all of our clients, and we strive to deliver the best service and support for everyone.

Our office and headquarters is located in Hellerup just outside Copenhagen, Denmark. Our company's office is a hub of innovation and collaboration, designed to foster productivity and creativity. Centrally located with room for workplaces, warehouse, printing facilities and a showroom to ensure a professional environment where our team can deliver exceptional results for our clients.

HENRIK

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)


After many years in the fashion industry, Henrik founded our company in 1999 on the basis of his extensive experience in the industry. Henrik has a deep passion for sports and innovation, and he has a keen understanding of the daily challenges that many of our clients faces. With a passion for connecting sports clubs and national federation with our top-tier products, he has successfully guided our company to become a trusted name and business partner in the industry. 

AMALIE

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER


Amalie is our newly promoted So-Me Manager who has joined our team in order to build a new and strong brand strategy while creating and executing targeted social media campaigns that engage our business audience and elevate our brand’s presence. Amalie has many years of experience working with communication and brand awareness for some of Denmark's largest companies. With a keen understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional platforms, Amalie develops insightful content that showcases our close cooperation with the clubs. Amalie analyzes performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with our business objectives, ultimately fostering relationships that lead to valuable partnerships and opportunities.

HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING


Carina was appointed the position of Head og Sales & Marketing in 2015 after her many years of work in building our e-commerce platform Sportsbag. With expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and market analysis, she ensures that our promotional efforts are aligned with the latest trends and effectively reach our target audience. Her innovative approach and data-driven mindset have been instrumental in elevating our brand's presence.

ANETTE

ACCOUNTING MANAGER


Anette is a detail-oriented and analytical professional responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company. She manages the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards. With a strong background in accounting principles and practices, Anette analyzes financial data to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making. She also implement and maintain efficient accounting processes, streamline workflows, and enhance internal controls to safeguard the company's financial integrity. Her leadership fosters a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and ensures the highest standards of financial accuracy and transparency.

 

TOBIAS

HEAD OF TEAM SPORT


Since 2022, Tobias has been leading our team of team sport salesmen, and expertly manages the complex logistics, supply chain, and retail operations that are crucial to serving our partner clubs and national federations at all levels. On a daily basis, Tobias are in charge of managing our communication with clients, and to make sure that all our clients' wishes are fulfilled. Tobias and his team is present from the initial meetings with potential new clubs and to the final delivery of our products.
