With resistance band if you have one, 45 sec on each exercise / 15 sec recovery in between

  1. Glute Bridges
  2. Glute Bridge Abduction
  3. Glute Bridge Hip Dips
  4. Single Leg Glute Bridge Right
  5. Single Leg Glute Bridge Left
  6. Donkey Kicks Right
  7. Donkey Kicks Left
  8. All 4’s Side Leg Lift Right (30 Sec)
  9. All 4’s Side Leg Lift Left (30 Sec)
  10. Side Leg Lift With Toe Facing Downwards Right
  11. Side Leg Lift With Toe Facing Downwards Left
